What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to enter on the contact form:

Your name, so we can address you in our reply.
Your email address, so we can reply to you.
Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it.
Your business name and type, only if you choose to provide it.
The message you write, which describes your situation and question.
A record of your consent to this policy at the moment you submit the form.

We do not collect data through analytics, advertising pixels, cookies for tracking, or any third-party measurement tool. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

How the form works

When you submit the inquiry form, your browser sends the data as a JSON request to the same-domain endpoint /api/inquiry on logicframe.click. The request does not leave this domain. It is not sent to any third-party service.

Purposes and legal bases

Under the PDPA, we process the data above for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

To respond to your inquiry. Purpose: replying to your message and, where useful, arranging a clarifying conversation or a working session. Legal basis: your consent, given by checking the consent box on the form.
To keep a record of the inquiry and our reply. Purpose: maintaining a record of correspondence so we can follow up coherently. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the practice, limited to the scope of your inquiry.
To store your consent choice. Purpose: remembering that you accepted or rejected the cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent, stored in your own browser (see the cookies page).

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for 24 months after your last interaction with the practice, so that a follow-up question can be picked up again. After that period we delete the message and any attachments, unless you have asked us to keep them. The consent record in your own browser is retained until you clear your browser storage.

Your rights under the PDPA

As a data subject in Thailand, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request a copy of that data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligation.
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests.
Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe your rights have been breached.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@logicframe.click from the email address you used in your inquiry, and tell us what you would like to do.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only where necessary to respond to your inquiry — for example, with a registered accountant you have asked us to coordinate with — and only with your knowledge. We will not transfer your data outside Thailand without your consent.

Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS and held within the same-domain system that receives the form. Access is limited to people working on your inquiry. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply ordinary technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small practice.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and adjust the “last reviewed” date in the private build record. Material changes that affect how your data is handled will be highlighted at the top of this page.
