LogicFrame Hospitality Finance — financial planning for the people who run Phuket's tables, rooms and kitchens.
Inquiry-based financial planning consultations for hospitality business owners across Phuket and the Andaman coast — built around your seasonality, your margins, and the questions that actually keep a venue open.
Who this is for
Hospitality operators working through Phuket's high and low seasons.
These consultations are shaped for owners carrying the real weight of a hospitality business on the island — the rent that does not pause in the green season, the staff paid in cash, the VAT returns that pile up between services.

Poolside venues like this carry fixed costs that run every month of the year, not only in peak season.
How an inquiry works
From first message to a working session, in four honest steps.
There is no sales funnel here — just a message, a reply, and a session if one is useful. The four steps below are the entire path.

You name the question
Name your kind of venue — restaurant, hotel, guesthouse, café, beach club — and the call you need to make: a cash-flow squeeze, a VAT question, a price change for high season, a second location. A few lines is enough to begin.
You hear back from us
By email, you hear back from us inside two business days. If a short call would help us read your venue's rhythm and costs before any session, we set one up — otherwise we move straight to scheduling.
We open the numbers together
On the day, we sit with your actual figures — sales reports, supplier invoices, the wage sheet, the last VAT return — and work the question in front of you until it has an answer you can act on, in plain words.
You keep the recap
Afterward you get a short written note of what we covered. Coming back for the next call — a lease renewal, a new hire, opening a second location — is your choice each time, with nothing signed up on your behalf.
What we look at together
The figures that decide whether a Phuket venue keeps its doors open.
Running a venue on the island means reading a balance sheet that changes with the tourist calendar. The work in a session follows whatever is pressing for you that month — not a fixed template, not a yearly plan you do not need yet.
A session usually touches one or two of these, depending on the question you bring:
- Weekly takings set against rent and wages that fall due every month
- Where the VAT threshold sits and how to pace the returns
- Which menu lines earn their place and which quietly lose money
- Planning staff and stock around the high-season peak and the green lull
- Wage sheets that mix formal pay, cash and seasonal crew
- Setting cover prices, room rates and service charges for the season ahead

Per-cover revenue
We read your table mix and average check against food cost and labour, service by service.

Performance review
We turn your POS and booking reports into the few numbers that actually signal whether the month is healthy.
Questions owners ask before sending an inquiry
What an inquiry is, and what it is not.
- Is this a yearly retainer?
- No. Each engagement starts from a single inquiry and a single question. Whether you come back for the next one is entirely up to you.
- Do you file taxes and VAT on our behalf?
- No — we prepare and explain your numbers, but the actual filing to the Thai Revenue Department falls to you, or your accountant.
- Can you work with a venue outside Phuket?
- The practice works from Mueang Phuket. We will consider inquiries from operators elsewhere on the Andaman coast — tell us where you are in the form.
- What does the first inquiry cost?
- Sending one costs nothing. Before any session is scheduled we tell you the fee in writing, so you choose with that picture in front of you.
